This state of the art establishment measuring 580 square meters of beneficial space is situated on the top floor (4th) of a modern newly constructed building. It incorporates amongst others a concealed positively pressurised sterile area designed in the context of a sterilisation room, a scrab room, a large egg collection suite, a second theater hosting embryo replacements and a specifically designed embryology laboratory connected to the two theaters via specially designed air- tight windows. The walls and the compartment separation units within this area are made of medical partition panels which are recommended for IVF purposes by the European Union. The floor of the sterile area is surgically approved layered by copper antistatic material whereas the roof accommodates HEPA Class B air filtration systems for ultimate sterility. Clean air circulates on a continuous basis ensuring a sterile environment. Medical gases necessary for clinical and laboratory applications as well as for the requirements of the patient recovery rooms are supplied through an electronically operating gas bank system situated outside the premises.
